Sehr zentrale Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Zimmer zur Strasse hin (in unserem Fall Zimmernummer 1) sind sehr laut, trotz Lärmschutzfenstern!

Das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, die Ruhe trotz zentraler Lage, die sauberen Zimmer, die Gepäckaufbewahrung, freier Internet-Zugang etc. etc.

+ The room size + very close to the city center and the station

The room was huge. The bed was a poster bed and was huge and comfortable. There was a huge cupboard and desk and large bathroom with hot water. It exceeded my expectations.There was also a phone in the room and I could receive calls from Australia from it. Christina was on reception and she was very friendly and gave me a map with all the things that I needed to see in Florence. Even the cleaner was very friendly and told me the way to the local pharmacy and what to ask for in Italian to help with my cold/sinus symptoms. I would recommend Tourist House to everyone.

Good place, easy to get from the train station. low price but very nice and big room.

The hotel is old but well maintained. The rooms are serviced each day and are very clean. The station was only about 5 minutes walk away and there are many eateries very close as well. The little breakfast room was nice and we had a choice to have breakfast out on the balcony.

All staff were really friendly!! We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended :)

Could be a little bit noisy for older guests on a saturday night but it's great especially for young people.

Little trouble the 1st day with warm water, but it was quickly fix.

Very convenient for station and buses. Comfortable room and staff very helpful and obliging.

The first room they gave us had double bed even though I had booked twin room but once we pointed this out they moved us to much better room with two beds.

The location was great, very close to the train station but also to the main tourist sites. The room was bright and clean with all necessary amenities. Wifi was available in the common areas and they had a system for leaving your luggage after checking out/

Cristina (at the reception) was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel very welcome; as soon as we arrived she provided us with a map and marked on it all the major attractions, and even recommended a lovely walk up to P-le Michelangioli. She always had a smile and a nice greeting, and the rest of the staff was equally graceful. The room was extraordinarily large, sparkly clean, and nicely furnished for Italy -- 5 people could have easily slept there, and there were just two of us. The hotel location is perfect -- 5 minutes walking to most attractions. Highly recommended.

It's not the hotel's fault in any way -- but the bar nearby has loud live music late in the night (past midnight). I use earplugs routinely and my husband was too tired to mind it, but more sensitive folks might want to take extra precautions.

Wifi, really friendly staff, location, the room was also really big, the gelateria across the street was awesome.

The bed was reallly hard I couldnt sleep and the hotel was up a flight of stairs, not good for heavy luggages. but the guy at the reception actually helped us half the way!
